A fan favorite during his time with the Saints, Buford Jordan played six seasons with the team from 1986 to 1992. After being released by the Saints, Jordan, who is one of the greatest college players in Louisiana history, gave commentary on a local television show with Alexander Laurent, who formerly did commentary on WGNO-TV.
